Certification Fee - $45 made out to "Ohio TEC"
Clinic Fee - $20 cash to "Ohio Orthopaedics & Sports Medicine, Inc."

Effective June 9th, 2004, the State Board will
now issue a permit, instead of a validation,
to direct, supervise or coach a pupil activity program.
- Intended for individuals that direct, supervise or coach a physicial activity program that involves athletics, routine/regular physical activity or health and safety considerations, must hold this permit.
- The permit is valid for upt o 3 years and is renewable.
- All coaches (paid or volunteer) in all member schools (public and non-public) must meet the state standards and receive both the permit and have current CPR certification.
- Every coach is required to stay for this four (4) hour course.
- We do not currently offer CPR certification.
